Lubrizol retained PharmaBioSource as its exclusive consultant to divest Particle Sciences, its Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based specialty drug product formulation development contract development and manufacturing subsidiary. The 50,000-square-foot laboratory and clinical oral solids and semi-solids manufacturing facility with nanoparticle and nanomilling capabilities also housed a brand-new sterile injectable filling suite.

PharmaBioSource marketed the business and facility to strategic acquirers.
