PharmaBioSource Realty provided site selection and real estate services to Axcellerate Pharma to identify potential facilities to support Axcellerate’s needs for its biologics drug substance research and development programs.  PharmaBioSource Realty identified Enzon’s Piscataway facility that met Axcellerate’s requirements.  The facility housed mammalian cell culture and microbial fermentation pilot plant and process development capabilities.  A multi-year sublease was executed for the facility.
