Passage Bio engaged PharmaBioSource to identify laboratory lease opportunities in the vicinity of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Princeton, New Jersey for cell and gene therapy R&D and clinical manufacturing.
The Solution
PharmaBioSource identified a number of facility options, and Passage Bio selected a 62,000-square-foot facility in Princeton. After execution of the lease, PharmaBioSource provided project management for laboratory renovations and operational start-up support.
