Consultant & AI Applications Lead
Will brings extensive experience in large infrastructure projects, complex transactions, and international partnerships to his work at PBS, where he supports M&A deals and due diligence projects and leads the firm’s AI initiatives. Prior to joining PharmaBioSource, he served as an International Nuclear Security Project Manager at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, a U.S. Department of Energy institution, collaborating with partner countries worldwide to prevent nuclear theft, sabotage, and terrorism by securing materials, facilities, and transport systems. Before that, he worked as a Cybersecurity Policy Analyst at the World Bank, advising partner countries on safeguarding their digital infrastructure against malicious actors. His background in navigating complex regulatory environments, conducting due diligence on sensitive facilities, and managing international stakeholder relationships translates directly to pharmaceutical facility transactions. Will holds a master’s degree in international law and diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from George Washington University.
