PharmaBioSource is built around senior advisors who lead every transaction. When a deal calls for capabilities outside the team, we draw on a global network of pharma and biotech operators, engineers, and dealmakers, so clients get the right people for the work — not generic project staffing.

Mandates are scoped to the decision the client is making and staffed entirely by senior advisors. We don’t expand scope to expand revenue, and we don’t add junior staff to scale beyond what the engagement substantively requires. Most engagements come from prior client relationships, built across more than 25 years of work in pharmaceutical and biotech transactions.
