Mr. Signore is Co-Founder of Integrated Project Services (IPS), a project delivery firm focused on healthcare / pharmaceutical facilities. Mr. Signore has held engineering management positions at SmithKline Beckman (GlaxoSmithKline), Pfizer and Merck. He earned a BS Chemical Engineering degree from Manhattan College and an MBA from Pace University. Mr. Signore is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. He is a past Chair of the  International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) where he received ISPE’s prestigious Distinguished Achievement Award in recognition for his many professional industry contributions. Mr. Signore is widely published and lectures on pharmaceutical industry technology and management topics.
