Mr. O’Sullivan has more than 30 years experience in the pharma industry, starting with Sterling Winthrop and primarily with Pfizer. He has had leadership roles in the Pfizer Global Supply Finance organization in both operational finance and strategic finance areas, focusing on achieving financial and operational goals through aligned decision making, fostering innovation and building capability. In strategic finance, Mr. O’Sullivan was responsible for acquisitions (due diligence, synergy evaluation/delivery and acquisition integration), divestitures (plant and business/plant combinations) and plant network strategy. He has also had leadership roles in the areas of supplier optimization and operational delivery of splits/divestitures. Mr. O’Sullivan graduated from the University of Limerick with a BBS and is an Irish Chartered Accountant.
