PharmaBioSource Realty provided exclusive life sciences real estate services to divest Actavis’ oral solid dosage development and manufacturing facility on Long Island, NY.  Along with the dosage form facility, Montreal-based CDMO Ropack also acquired a second Actavis facility on Long Island designed for clinical packaging. Ropack purchased the facilities to establish a presence in the U.S.
