Flamma, an Italy-based small molecule API CDMO, engaged PharmaBioSource Realty to lease Teva’s 40,000-square-foot small molecule API facility in Malvern, Pennsylvania to establish its first site in the United States. The facility housed R&D laboratories, kilo labs, and a pilot plant.
