PharmaBioSource Realty provided exclusive life sciences real estate services to assist Italy-based CDMO Flamma in leasing Teva’s small molecule API facility located in Malvern, PA.  The facility houses research and development (R&D) laboratories, Kilo labs and a pilot plant.  The facility was leased by Flamma to establish its first site in the U.S.

In addition to the real estate services, PharmaBioSource provided facility start-up support to establish permitting, utilities, service contracts, IT infrastructure, environmental health and safety (EHS) and other operational services.
