PharmaBioSource provided site selection services to Passage Bio to identify laboratory lease opportunities in the vicinity of Philadelphia, PA and Princeton, NJ.  A number of facility options were identified and a 62,000 SF facility in Princeton was selected.  After execution of the lease, Passage Bio engaged PharmaBioSource to provide project management services to oversee laboratory renovations as well as operational start-up support.  The start-up support services established facility permitting, utilities, service contracts, IT infrastructure, environmental health and safety (EHS) and other
operational requirements.
