PharmaBioSource Realty provided exclusive life sciences real estate services to divest Shire’s mammalian cell culture roller bottle manufacturing site near Boston, MA.

The site was acquired by the Germany-based biotech CDMO Rentschler to establish its first laboratory and manufacturing presence in the U.S.  The site acquisition also included a supply agreement to manufacture products for Shire. PharmaBioSource’s services included a benchmark valuation, buyer target identification, creation of the confidential information memorandum (CIM), data room development and due diligence support.
