PharmaBioSource Realty provided real estate services to Youcare Pharmaceutical Group, a significant generic pharmaceutical manufacturer based in China to acquire two facilities from Actavis.  The 285,433 SF oral solid dosage facility was fully equipped to manufacture over 2 billion tablets and capsules annually and the 196,613 SF packaging facility housed four bottle filling and one blister packaging line.  Youcare acquired the facilities to establish its first presence in the U.S. in order to gain access to the FDA regulated generic pharmaceutical market.
