PharmaBioSource provided exclusive consulting services to divest Curia’s sterile injectables site and contract development and manufacturing business in León, Spain.  The site was acquired by LSNE (LIVIA International Ventures & Investment Activities), a global industrial holding and private investment firm. LIVIA incorporated the Lodi site into its portfolio company, Archimica, to continue operating as a CDMO.

PharmaBioSource’s services included a benchmark valuation, buyer target identification, creation of the confidential information memorandum (CIM), data room development and due diligence support.
