PharmaBioSource provided exclusive consulting services to divest Curia’s small molecule API manufacturing site and contract development and manufacturing business in Lodi, Italy near Milan.  The site was acquired by LIVIA Group (LIVIA International Ventures & Investment Activities), a global industrial holding and private investment firm. LIVIA incorporated the Lodi site into its portfolio company, Archimica, to continue operating as a CDMO.
