Actavis retained PharmaBioSource Realty as its exclusive real estate broker to divest its 103,530-square-foot oral solid dosage development and manufacturing facility on Long Island, New York. A second Actavis facility on Long Island designed for clinical packaging was included in the transaction.

PharmaBioSource Realty marketed both facilities to strategic acquirers.
