PharmaBioSource Realty provided exclusive life sciences real estate services to divest Teligent’s topical liquids and creams development and manufacturing facility which also housed a brand new sterile injectable filling suite. Teligent was involved in a bankruptcy sale of its Canadian business and U.S. ANDA assets as well.  The Buena, New Jersey site was acquired by Leiters to expand its 503B compounding capacity.

PharmaBioSource’s services included a benchmark valuation, buyer target identification, creation of the confidential information memorandum (CIM), data room development and due diligence support.
